Please expect 2 - 9 business days for product to arrive after placing order.

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.

Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:15am and 4:30pm EST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of United States.

Returns

The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on The Bodhi Boutique.

We know that all skin is unique and we are always here to support you in finding a skin care routine that is right for you and your skin concerns. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy for orders placed by Retail Customers from The Bodhi Boutique.

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please follow the steps below. We accept returns for product(s) purchased from The Bodhi Boutique and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s).

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.

To request a return:

Email bodhiboutiuqe@thebodhispa.com and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.

Your return request will be processed by The Bodhi Boutiques Order Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to The Bodhi Boutique.

Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to The Bodhi Boutique, unless The Bodhi Boutique shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.

The Bodhi Boutique reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. The Bodhi Boutique reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.
